Capitol 5000 Flush Aluminum Panel door leaves are manufactured with a durable foam core and sturdy aluminum frame designed to withstand high traffic conditions. Flush aluminum doors utilize double astragal weather-stripping to resist water and air infiltration.

- Double weather-stripping to resist water and air infiltration
- .125 Hardboard backers make the FAP door impact resistant, reducing dents
- .040 fluted aluminum sheet or .063 smooth aluminum sheet (5005 Alloy)
- Class I (6.0 lb/ft3) polyisocyanurate foam insulated core (CFC/HCFC - Free)
- Accommodates various commercial hardware, louvers, security grates, and vandal screens
- Available in anodized and painted finishes
- Internal hardware reinforcement
- Fully extruded 4 1/2” internal aluminum tubular frame
